Job Title: Workiva Administrator

Location: remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workiva Administrator to manage and optimize our Workiva platform used for financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in APIs, SQL, data aggregation, and middleware integrations. This role requires deep understanding of how Workiva integrates with enterprise systems like NetSuite, Snowflake, and other data sources.

You ll be responsible for maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring seamless data flows between platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Workiva platform, managing configuration, access, and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data aggregation logic within Workiva.
  • Develop and manage API integrations between Workiva and systems such as NetSuite, Snowflake, and other enterprise tools.
  • Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
  • Troubleshoot issues, monitor data pipelines, and maintain system documentation.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiatives in Workiva.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workiva APIs, SQL, and data aggregation logic.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar).
  • Experience integrating Workiva with NetSuite, Snowflake, or other ERP/data platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Finance and IT teams.
  • Must be based in the US and available to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours.
