Title: Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract - 4 months

Compensation
Pay Range:$23.12-$34.00 per HR

Description

  • Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops.
  • Utilize system administration skills to manage devices.
  • Handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Focus on reducing defects and improving service quality.
  • Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Manage and refresh aged laptops.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and configure laptops for users.
  • Manage software and hardware rollouts.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Respond to calls and emails regarding technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Desktop Support.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with employees and contractors.
  • Proven ability to meet SLAs for ticket resolution.
  • Experience in a global, collaborative environment.
