Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong JavaScript abilities to join our client's team. In this role you will conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, develop and maintain advanced scripts and business rules, and support data migration from legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens, possessing a clearance of the Public Trust level or higher, and eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal functionality, data integrity, and a seamless user experience.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Create, refine, and manage advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Assist in designing and executing data migration strategies from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the transition.


Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification required.
  • Must hold a current Public Trust clearance or higher and be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (skills will be tested during the interview process).
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow API.
  • Ability to think beyond standard ServiceNow solutions and develop creative approaches when requirements extend beyond out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Capable of independently configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet business needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with agile methodology and working within agile scrum teams.
  • Effective in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.




Compensation

  • The compensation for this role is up to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
