Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural vision to appropriately align IT to strategic business needs and goals.
- Apply knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities and information requirements to establish the technical direction and an enterprise view.
- Define enterprise level strategies and technical direction. Define the system, technical, and application architectures.
- Ensure best practices are adhered to. Research, evaluate, and select from existing and emerging technologies that best fit business and IT strategic needs.
- Manage multi-project management accountabilities in developing solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the design and delivery for new or improved enterprise-wide technologies that are used across multiple areas of the business.
- Architect solutions across multiple hardware/software computing environments and system components.
- Plan and implement process re-engineering or process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree preferred.
- Experience in health and medical service administration, public administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline.
- Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale systems.
- Development experience with OO languages such as C#, Java (J2EE), Smalltalk, C++ etc.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
