JD:
- Strong expertise in IBM BAW 19.x / IBM BPM 8.6, including Process Designer, Process Server, Case Manager, and Coaches.
- Proven leadership experience in leading workflow automation teams in large enterprises (preferably Banking/Financial Services).
- Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and SQL Developer.
- Strong knowledge of IBM ODM, Blueworks Live, IIB, and integration middleware.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
