Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SAP VIM processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Develop and implement best practices for vendor invoice management within SAP.
  • Conduct system testing and validation for SAP VIM upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize SAP system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and SAP innovations to continuously improve operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP VIM and DRC processes, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance standards and best practices in invoice management.
