Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers and system architects.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
Integrate Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Pega applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA).
8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC, with at least 2 years as an LSA.
Strong understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and data modeling.
Experience with Pega integrations (SOAP/REST services, connectors, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
