Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves fostering collaboration, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement within cross-functional teams. Based in Woodland Hills, California, you will play a pivotal role in managing workflows and facilitating communication between developers, QA specialists, and product managers.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure seamless team operations.
Track and analyze team performance using tools such as Jira and Confluence, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product managers to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices while fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Manage and resolve impediments that hinder progress, ensuring timely delivery of internal business applications.
Work with multiple teams, including Evolution and Data Teams, to prioritize tasks and manage workflows effectively.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their understanding and implementation of Agile methodologies.
Communicate progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams by identifying and implementing best practices.
Ensure the successful delivery of data applications and other internal-facing projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Must have experience managing large projects and multiple scrum teams
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking and managing workflows.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
Proven experience collaborating with developers, QA specialists, and product managers.
Familiarity with internal business applications and data applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster teamwork.
Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
Eagerness to work on internal-facing projects and deliver impactful solutions
