Job Title: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant/Architect
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant/Architect to lead the implementation and integration of ECM solutions using Newgen for our client in New York. This role requires deep expertise in ECM implementations, system architecture, and integration with various enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying content management solutions while ensuring seamless integration within the client's existing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ECM solutions using Newgen.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect scalable and efficient ECM solutions that align with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Design and develop integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and other content repositories.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ECM governance, security, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ECM implementation and integration.
  • Support migration from legacy content management systems to Newgen.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in ECM implementation and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Newgen ECM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in system integration methodologies, including APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Solid understanding of document management, workflow automation, and records management.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for customization and automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with financial institutions, healthcare, or government agencies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ECM solutions and hybrid deployments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ECM deployments.
