Job Title: SailPoint Expert with Active Directory Integration Experience

Location: [Madison or Remote]

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a SailPoint Expert with hands-on experience in building SailPoint access controls on top of Active Directory. This role is critical for strengthening our security posture, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and collaborate with our management team to ensure the proper implementation and optimization of access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist in the implementation of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) on top of Active Directory to strengthen access controls and security policies.
  • Work with managers to assess current security postures, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve identity management and access control.
  • Provide expertise in SailPoint workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and Active Directory integration to ensure seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review processes.
  • Help configure and fine-tune the SailPoint platform to automate user access management tasks and enforce security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all security protocols align with organizational requirements.
  • Assist in educating team members and managers on SailPoint best practices and security policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Extensive experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory for identity and access management (IAM).
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory structures, user management, group policies, and security best practices.
  • Experience with configuring workflows, roles, policies, and certifications within SailPoint.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint and Active Directory integration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping manage and improve security posture across the organization.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with managers and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ).
  • Experience with other identity and access management tools or platforms.
  • Background in security audits, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, etc.).
