Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Chicago and surrounding areas)

Focus Area: Microsoft Services & Product Sales

Revenue Target: $2-3 Million per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Leader to spearhead our sales initiatives for the US market. This position is instrumental in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Microsoft Services and Products, coupled with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. While the role is remote, preference will be given to candidates based in Chicago and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass the annual revenue target of $2-3 million.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Microsoft Services and Product sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Microsoft Services and Products.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT market, particularly in selling enterprise-level solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Based in or near Chicago is preferred, though not mandatory.
