Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Specialist Job ID: 25-07993 Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 months of contract.
Job Description:
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support Client's Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS/CSM) applications. This role includes development, customization, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows
- Customize modules for Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Develop integrations via APIs and web services
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery
- Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and system upgrades
