Production Associate
Our Facility in Joplin, MO produces state-of-the-art cables and harness assemblies which support some of the most critical Aerospace and Defense programs in the world. The work we do makes a difference is both military and civilian life.

Starting as a hardware supply store during the California Gold Rush and eventually assisted in the birth of the aerospace industry in Southern California by providing aircraft aluminum to early aerospace pioneers like Lindbergh, Douglas and Lockheed.

Perform assembly of cable harnesses including crimping, routing, layup and other related assembly operations required to manufacture product. Training will be provided. Tasks may vary by department and customer specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requiresaccess to export-controlled information and/or hardware, and candidates must beU.S. Persons that comply with all U.S. Export control laws and regulation. Assuch, U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident status, protected personstatus under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or the ability to meet ITAR and EARrequirements is required.

Perform assembly of cable harnesses including crimping, routing, layup and other related assembly operations required to manufacture product. Training will be provided. Tasks may vary by department and customer specifications.
- Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal.
- Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware / tools.
- Assemblies include cables or cable harnesses.
- Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes.
- Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class.
- Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
- Perform other assignments as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Understand and use basic hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and assembly instructions for simple assemblies.
- Basic component identification skills.
- Ability to build cable assemblies.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
- H.S. Diploma or GED
