Duties:
* Define and manage the end-to-end executive user journey across multiple marketing touchpoints (events, content, digital, account engagement)
* Map and optimize pathways that strengthen relationships with key executives, aligning with business priorities around revenue acceleration and retention
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, Comms) to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for executive audiences
* Develop playbooks, frameworks, and measurement systems to scale executive journey orchestration globally
* Own the strategy and execution of audience acquisition for flagship executive programs, including the annual Executive Summit, World Economic Forum in Davos, and other activations
* Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to attract, convert, and engage senior executives
* Partner with Sales and executive sponsors to ensure the right mix of prospects, customers, and partners participate in executive programs
* Leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies, improve conversion, and maximize ROI of executive engagement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Executive Marketing/Audience Acquisition: 8-12 years of experience in senior B2B marketing roles with hands-on experience in executive-level engagement, audience development, or demand generation for enterprise accounts
* Program-Oriented: Proven ability to orchestrate end-to-end executive journeys across digital, event, and account-based channels
* Flagship Events & Experiences: Experience driving attendance and engagement for high-stakes executive programs (summits, forums, C-suite events, or global activations like Davos/WEF)
* Strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B technology (SaaS, fintech, enterprise software)
* Open to adjacent sectors such as consulting, high-end professional services, management advisory, or global events agencies if they demonstrate executive-level engagement and audience strategy expertise
* Global experience is a plus-particularly with multinational audience acquisition or executive marketing campaigns
* Audience Strategy & Growth: Ability to define and execute strategies to attract, convert, and retain senior executive participants
* Executive/Customer Journey Design: Skilled in mapping touchpoints across events, digital, content, and account orchestration to deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Adept at collaborating with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Comms, and Events for seamless execution
* Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with segmentation, targeting, measurement, and optimization of acquisition and engagement campaigns
* Senior individual contributor (not a people manager) but operates with leadership-level influence
* Confident presenting to and influencing internal stakeholders up to C-suite level
* Strong collaborator, able to mobilize cross-functional resources without direct authority
