Job Description:
About the Role:
  • Client is looking for a strategic and resultsoriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a mission-critical, cross-functional program to fundamentally redesign client's marketing campaign management.
  • Client current campaign structure is complex, hindering client's ability to report effectively and scale client's marketing efforts.
  • This program will simplify how we create, manage, and track marketing campaigns, resulting in higher quality data, streamlined processes, and more accurate businesscritical reporting.
  • As the TPM, candidate will be the singlethreaded owner responsible for driving this end-to-end technology program from strategy to execution.
  • Candidate will orchestrate the efforts of numerous teams across Marketing Automation Product Management, Data Science, Digital, Global Field Marketing, and Engineering to deliver a new, simplified, and scalable campaign management platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the endto-end delivery of the Campaign Management Overhaul program, encompassing both incremental improvements and a full redesign
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, defining scope, endto-end roadmap, key deliverables, defining and managing dependencies, and timelines for a multi-year effort.
  • Lead a large, crossfunctional team of stakeholders from Marketing Automation, Digital Platform, Data Enablement Technologies, Global Field Marketing, and more.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across a number of teams.
  • Facilitate key technical and business decisions, such as defining the futurestate response model and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track the definition, execution, and delivery of business requirements and the \"definition of done\" by working closely with area owners and subject matter experts.
  • Establish and run program governance, including leading biweekly Steering Committee meetings and providing regular status updates to executive leadership.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and levels, from individual contributors to VPs, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and progress.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with 7+ years of experience in leading largescale, cross-functional programs in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and marketing data models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs with a high degree of technical complexity and ambiguity, including multiple dependencies and workstreams.
  • Experience working with data warehousing, data science, and analytics teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams and leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating and resolving program risks.
  • Ability to operate as a \"singlethreaded owner,\" taking full responsibility for the program's success from inception to completion.

Pay Range: $80- $90/hr W2
