Job Description:
Client is seeking a Technical Sourcer to support the Human Resources team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top talent across business and technology domains, building strong pipelines, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and sourcing strategies.
Develop and execute sourcing plans using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and ensure timely updates.
Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
Technical Qualifications
3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and ability to identify relevant skills and communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Demonstrated success in sourcing diverse and hard-to-fill roles.
Knowledge of employment branding and candidate engagement strategies.
