- Conduct business requirement workshops and perform PoCs to showcase solution capabilities.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules with expertise in writing business rules and deploying process definitions.
- Configure Data Models and Panels.
- Implement Role Based Permissions for various SAP SuccessFactors processes.
- Exposure to electronic signature integrations such as DocuSign.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors modules within client organizations.
- Conduct workshops on implementation or PoCs for customers.
- Serve as a module lead and provide front-end support to clients, ensuring effective business process design and solution delivery.
- Act as an individual contributor for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
