Job Description
Do you love working in SQL and solving problems? Would you like to focus on complex SSRS reports as well as broaden your skillset in ETL and client engagement? If so, then we have a great opportunity for you with CoStar Real Estate Manager. Our Technical Services group is looking for talented, self-motivated, and dedicated professionals to serve a critical role in our customer delivery process. The SSRS Developer will work closely with consultants to understand and execute on a range of customer related requirements. Work tasks will include developing custom reports, integrating our SAAS solution with other SAAS and client-hosted applications, and converting data from legacy applications into our product. Additionally, other internally focused projects will ensure there is always a variety of challenges to keep the right individual motivated and always growing.
This position is 5 days in our Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities
- Leverage T-SQL and SSRS to develop custom client reports and standardized reports for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product
- Build client data integrations with IBM App Connect Studio (Cast Iron) and SSIS
- Extract, transform and load client legacy data into the CoStar Real Estate Manager application
- Analyze in-place integrations and reports where needed to make enhancements or correct issues
- Work with Business Analysts and Implementation Consultants to translate business requirements into well-architected software solutions that meet customer's business goals
- Participate in feature reviews, help break down features into granular stories and provide estimates
- Function as a team player and collaborate with the Development and QA team to ensure that sprint goals are consistently met
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 2+ years SSRS experience building reports and writing efficient stored procedures returning the datasets for those reports.
- Proficiency in SSRS logical programming (expressions, scripts, cascading parameters, sub reports, matrixes)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently communicate with technology and business team members
- Proficient in T-SQL and ability to design efficient queries with a focus on high performing solutions
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) solutions with one or more of the following tools IBM CastIron, Mulesoft, Informatica or SSIS
- Experience with OfficeWriter reports
- Experience developing reports from Business Intelligence data warehouses
- Experience with SSAS
- Building dashboards with Logi Analytics is a plus
