Role: Production Support Specialist (Java & BPM)

Location: Atlanta, GA/Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Job description:

Primarily looking for LO support - No development or enhancement work is involved.

Sencha ExtJS, Java, Spring Framework, RestAPI, Camunda BPMN, Knime, PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ's & MS Storage grids .

This skill set is for a lights on support.

They would need to perform below Core Services:

Job Monitoring

Incident management

Troubleshooting and issue resolution

Production Bug Fixes

User Support to some extent

Maintenance and performance

Performance monitoring and optimization

Tracking and validating all the Patching needs.

Monitoring and Taking actions on enterprise level security & Vulnerability Protocols.

Change Tickets and Release Management
