This is a hybrid role, Must work onsite 2 times per week, onsite on Mondays is mandatory.

We are seeking a IT Support / Helpdesk Technician in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago, IL area! Our client is seeking an IT Support Professional that can provide company-wide Helpdesk, IT troubleshooting, and asset management support. Responsibilities include:

Setting up workstations for new employees: Both onsite and remote
IT Asset Management: Tracking, distributing and retrieving IT equipment
Hardware Support: Printers, cameras, work stations, etc..
Software Support: Windows and MAC OS troubleshooting
Networking Support: Wifi, WAN/LAN
Other duties as assigned

This position is a hybrid opportunity (2x per week onsite, Mondays are mandatory onsite for new employee engagement).
