3Core Systems is looking for Release Train Engineer for one of our clients in Fort Washington, PA Need Only Locals

Requirement

Title: Release Train Engineer
Location: hybrid 2 days a week near Fort Washington, PA

Need Only Locals

Duration: 12 mo contract probable extension

Financial Services industry

Must have 10/10 communication skills
Must be Agile certified. Preferably SAFE agile. Duties:
Facilitates program level processes and execution
Drives continuous development
Manages risks and escalates impediments
The environment is a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
This is greenfield type of work
The client does not have a SAFe environment in place, but working towards it
The legacy environment was built ad hoc with software applications driving the thought process, I.E let us Salesforce for CRM.
The "to be state is one where we are building platforms for entire business processes.
We need to build the first phase and then continuously improve and innovate.
Soft skills will matter in this role.

Need someone that is a true leader and can be firm without being a bully.
