What You'll Do:
- Inspire and Lead: Cultivate a team of IT professionals, including Salesforce Administrators, Analysts, Systems Administrators, and Help Desk members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
- Promote Core Values: Lead weekly leadership meetings and reinforce DaBella's values and philosophies in every interaction.
- Drive IT Strategy: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring tangible outcomes that support growth and operational excellence.
- Own Technology Operations: Oversee the functionality, security, and optimization of technology systems, including hardware, networks, internal CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and other key applications.
- Champion Security: Serve as the organization's expert on IT security, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support Expansion: Enable seamless growth for new branches by ensuring hardware, software, and equipment needs are met efficiently.
What You Bring:
- A proven track record of leading teams and fostering an empowering, people-first culture.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, CRM systems, ERP solutions, and enterprise data management.
- Excellent communication to work effectively with the C-suite, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless execution of IT initiatives.
- A passion for developing leaders within your team and aligning IT strategies with overall business growth goals.
- Problem solving mindset to address complex technical challenges with innovative, scalable solutions that balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Ability to navigate rapidly changing environments, embracing new technologies and methods to stay ahead of industry trends.
Experience & Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or certifications such as PMP, ITIL are a plus.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Systems Management, and Cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise in:
- ERP Systems
- Cloud Platforms (AWS)
- CRM Applications (e.g., Salesforce)
- Cisco Networking, VoIP Communications, and VMWare/Virtualization
- Ecommerce Systems and Cybersecurity Applications
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects and managing vendor relationships.
