Fulltime SAP Project Manager - ECC

SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager:

Fulltime position at Wilmington DE or Washington DC, DC

• • Comes from a SAP background.
  • Has hands-on experience in at least one or two SAP modules (SAP Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Finance, etc.) as a proper SAP functional consultant.
  • Understands the complexities of SAP modules and their integration to comprehend business processes.
  • Capable of communicating effectively with business teams.

• Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily standup calls.
  • Take ownership to drive and resolve critical and long-standing issues.
  • SAP knowledge is essential to understand incidents.
  • SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) knowledge or understanding is preferred.

• Project Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 projects experience in handling SAP Application Management Services (AMS) projects.

• Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), priorities, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required for running an SAP AMS project.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow / Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for managing, monitoring, and maintaining SLAs.
  • Ability to manage and monitor escalations in SAP.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing SAP teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare presentations and metrics independently.
  • Present these to the customer steering committee on a monthly or fortnightly basis.
