Service Desk Analyst
Summary
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analysts to support their Denver, CO office. This individuals will act as Tier-1 Technical Support to the local team in Denver and other offices as necessary.
Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers via phone, email, in-person interactions, and online chat.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Help Desk experience.
  • Experience with O365.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Common sense and the ability to think logically.


This is a 6-Month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Denver, CO client.
