Job Title: Computer Software/Integration Analyst
Job Location: Laurel, MD
Duration: 2 Years
Contract Type: W2 or 1099

Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze current software systems and integration points to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Design, develop, and implement software integration solutions using React.js, Power Apps, APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
Support system upgrades, migrations, and onboarding new applications into existing ecosystems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, resolving issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and company policies.
Perform unit and integration testing to validate system performance and data accuracy.
Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, monitoring performance, and documentation.
Provide support for ServiceNow issues and manage security protocols and integrations.
Build custom dashboards and reports.

Mandatory Skills
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software/integration analysis or a related role.
Experience developing and implementing web applications using React.js and Power Apps.
Experience with APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
ServiceNow Administrator or Developer Certification.
Cloud Certification (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of lifecycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management of computer systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
