RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly motivated Outsourcing Enablement Manager to join our Risk & Fraud team in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling external partners to deliver exceptional service and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain impactful training and knowledge resources for outsourced support teams
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner performance with business objectives
* Analyze performance insights and implement continuous improvement strategies
* Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance team operations and partner effectiveness
* Travel occasionally to partner sites for training and performance reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency with Articulate 360
* Familiarity with Google Suite, Zendesk, and Mac products
* Experience using support tools such as Zendesk, Lessonly, and Guru
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience with Accertify, Slack, Persona, and additional support platforms
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
