We are currently seeking a Manager, Technology Innovation to join our team.

This position is responsible for evaluating new technology and products that will shape future software solution deliverables. Leads technology feasibility and products being evaluated. Shares new technology and product expertise. Works with department leaders and stakeholders to align and define Insperity s strategic technology vision and enterprise concerns. This position also works with technology architect and solutions designers to align solution designs with enterprise concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in evaluation of new technology and products to assess usability of those to develop software solutions that solve business problems.
• Explores, investigates, and evaluates new technologies, technology trends and related concerns.
• Produces guidance documents on chosen technology and products.
• Conducts workshops and demos to train other teams on chosen technology and products.
• Participates in long term projects focused on migration and modernization of technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Seven to ten years of professional experience is required.

Technical Skills

• Ability to make sound qualitative judgments on appropriateness and effectiveness of technology and products.
• Problem solving skills and being resourceful in doing so are required.
• Ability to quickly learn technologies and concepts as needed.
• Expertise in C#.
• Working knowledge of Roslyn Compiler.
• Broad knowledge and experience of Microsoft frameworks, particularly .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, MVC/WebAPI, WCF, WF, and Entity Framework/other ORM.
• Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational concepts.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML and XSLT.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and F#.
• Good working knowledge of SPA frameworks like Angular, and JavaScript/AJAX/jQuery, HTML.
• Working knowledge in security aspects like OWASP and static code analyzers like SonarQube.
• Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF is a plus.
• Knowledge of Micro Services Architecture and Containerization is a plus.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $95,700.00 to $160500.00.
