RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer (Zoom) in Fort Worth, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Unified Communications Engineer (Zoom Specialist) to lead enterprise-level deployment, configuration, and support of Zoom across our organization. This individual will be responsible for Zoom platform engineering and administration, with a focus on integrating Zoom into a hybrid Cisco/Webex environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with proven expertise in Zoom technologies, unified communications, and collaboration ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
Zoom Platform Administration:
* Configure and manage Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, and Zoom Phone
* Implement and maintain policies for SSO, MFA, compliance, and security
* Monitor platform health and troubleshoot issues using Zoom dashboards, call quality metrics, and reporting tools

Unified Communications & Hybrid Deployments:
* Design and implement Zoom solutions that coexist with Webex and Cisco UC platforms
* Work with SIP trunking, VoIP, and SBCs to ensure reliable call routing and interoperability
* Provision and maintain endpoints such as headsets, desk phones, and room systems

Engineering & Migration Initiatives:
* Drive large-scale migration projects, including transitions from Webex/Cisco to Zoom
* Build deployment frameworks, automation, and standardized processes for repeatable success
* Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (network, security, collaboration) to ensure seamless integration

Support & Continuous Improvement:
* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Zoom technologies
* Provide tier-3 support and escalation for collaboration-related issues
* Stay current on UC/collaboration trends and recommend enhancements to improve user experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in Unified Communications engineering
* 5+ years of hands-on Zoom platform administration (Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, Meetings, Webinars)
* Experience deploying Zoom in hybrid Webex/Cisco environments
* Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, VoIP, SBCs, and telephony protocols
* Proficiency with collaboration tools monitoring and reporting
* Experience with migration projects (Webex/Zoom strongly preferred)
* Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and self-drive initiatives from design to delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
* Certifications in UC technologies (Zoom Certified Integrator, Cisco Collaboration, etc.)
* Experience with Microsoft Teams or other UC platforms
* Familiarity with call quality monitoring tools (Zoom Dashboard, ThousandEyes, Splunk, etc.)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
