We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of software engineering principles and a desire to grow in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of software engineering principles and a desire to grow in a collaborative, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using modern development tools and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and resilient software solutions.
- Apply Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Utilize techniques such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Test Driven Development (TDD), and cloud-native development.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including business analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Working proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Familiarity with Java and JavaScript (not required but beneficial).
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and software engineering best practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and cloud development environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in software development.
- Knowledge of application security and resiliency principles.
