About the Role

As a Threat Modeling Program Operations Lead, you will drive operational excellence for a critical Information Security Engineering program. This role requires a strategic thinker and high-judgment operator who can streamline workflows, optimize processes, and deliver executive-ready insights. You will collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, large-scale Information Security Engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted security challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios.
• Lead workflow orchestration, intake triage, and process optimization to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor throughput, cycle time, and model quality for executive stakeholders.
• Drive automation of repeatable procedures and optimize team performance across agile sprints.
• Facilitate clear and precise communication between U.S. and India teams to maintain alignment and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while meeting deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or equivalent through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments.
• Expertise in workflow optimization and process automation.
• Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Gen AI applications in security operations is a plus.
