Consultant Should be based in USA / Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and configure 8x8 Telephony and Contact Center (CC) Configuration Manager.
Manage 8x8 real-time voice streaming, SAPI events, and CTI events.
Implement and support 8x8 Smart Assist and integrate with 8x8 Agent Workspace APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in 8x8 Telephony integration and CC Configuration Manager.
Strong knowledge of real-time Voice Streaming, SAPI events, and CTI events.
Hands-on experience with 8x8 Smart Assist and Agent Workspace API integration.
Development Skills: Node.js or Java (Good to have).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
