Job Details
Overview: The Director of People Systems & Analytics is a remote AND direct hire role.
Will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision for HR technology and workforce analytics. Will translate HR data into actionable insights, lead the development of self-service solutions, and oversee reporting and dashboards that support organizational performance goals.

Salary: $150,000-$165,000 + company benefits, PTO, 401k match
Must Have:
- Experience with project management (PMP cert preferred)
- In-depth people operations experience
- Experience managing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in HR technology, data analytics, or related areas
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Effective communicator with experience presenting data insights to diverse audiences
Responsibilities:
- Define/drive the overall people systems roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, ensuring seamless integration with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance functions
- Streamline/automate processes to improve user experience and support organizational scalability
- Enable a shift from transactional reporting to predictive analytics and ensure the delivery of accurate, accessible data dashboards using tools such as Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR Business Partners, Legal, L&D) to develop meaningful reports
- Promote data literacy
- Establish and enforce data integrity, security, and governance protocols across all people systems
- Evaluate and implement ethical AI-driven solutions to enhance areas like recruitment, employee support, and workforce analytics
- Partner with other departments such as IT, BI, and Legal to explore emerging technologies
- Champion experimentation and continuous improvement within the people technology function
- Lead a portfolio of systems and analytics initiatives from conception through launch
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communications
- Coach and develop direct reports
