Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Internal/External customer facing support whose overall responsibility will be to identify end-user concerns based on what is reported. The eBusiness Support Specialist will use software and web administration tools related to internal/external customer inquiries and experiences for client eBusiness Solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Perform first level technical triage for eBusiness Solutions - typically on client SupplySync (punchout/digitally integrated) customers.
This customer facing role will trouble shoot inquiries, issues and/or outages and will have responsibility for performing administrative duties included, but not limited to: completing registration activities, documenting information and processes, and completing tasks as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.
Required Education:
B.A. / B.S. degree and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience
SAP, Business Warehouse / Hybris knowledge, preferred
Required Length & Type of Experience:
At least 3+ years of Customer Service experience, eBusiness/eCommerce preferred
Demonstrated troubleshooting experience, especially involving internet browsers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Critical thinking capability
Excellent communications skills including the ability to actively listen, interpret directions and take appropriate action
Performs exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines
Must be able to tackle new assignments as they arise
