Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ISU Test Lead to lead the testing efforts for our SAP ISU (Industry Solution Utilities) implementation and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP ISU module, hands-on experience in functional testing, and leadership abilities to manage test teams, drive quality assurance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end testing activities across SAP ISU modules (DM, EDM, CRM, Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, etc.)
  • Define test strategy, scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to gather test requirements.
  • Prepare and review test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Drive and manage various test phases including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Oversee defect management process log, track, analyze, and drive resolution of issues using tools like JIRA/HP ALM.
  • Manage test execution progress and report status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Provide test metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Guide and mentor test team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP testing, with 4+ years in SAP ISU modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ISU business processes: Billing, Device Management, Meter Reading, Energy Data Management (EDM), and Customer Service.
  • Experience with test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
  • Solid experience in integration testing with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, PI/PO, Non-SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
