Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Data Lead to oversee the migration of data from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Procurement processes and tables, data migration strategies, SAP tools (including LSMW), and team management. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading a team of data business analysts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data migration process.
Key Responsibilities: Data Migration Strategy: Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Data Mapping: Design and execute data mapping processes to ensure accurate data transfer.
Project Management: Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a large team of data business analysts, providing guidance and support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with migration goals.
Data Quality: Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes and procedures.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Post-Migration Support: Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data migration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC, LSMW, data mapping, ETL tools, and data migration methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: SAP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multiple legacy systems and complex data migration projects.
Cross-functional skills and experience in collaborating with diverse teams.
