Job Description:

Role: Jira/Confluence Administrator

Duration: 6-12 month contract

Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite in SE MI

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Program Manager to support our transformation initiatives. This role will focus on the configuration, administration, and monitoring of key tools used in technical delivery, while also driving governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Program Manager with a strong focus on tool administration and technical delivery enablement.
  • Administer and manage JIRA and Confluence, ensuring data integrity and optimal configuration.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Leadership Team to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Support and enforce scope change management practices and governance protocols.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across the transformation program to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Lead weekly forums for health metrics, dashboard reporting, risk and issue tracking, and process audits.
  • Maintain data accuracy across tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Organize and support cross-ART (Agile Release Train) collaboration sessions, including Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning.
  • Align delivery governance with broader organizational governance frameworks.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to quality and process standards across teams.
  • Activate remediation protocols when process deviations are identified.
  • Provide support for related transformation services such as Organizational Change Management, User Training, and Knowledge Retention, leveraging data from various tools.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, with a strong preference for experience integrating BigQuery as a data source.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in JIRA Administration
  • Experience with Confluence Administration
  • Strong skills in Power BI dashboard and report development

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with BigQuery as a data source for reporting (highly desirable)

Experience:
  • Required: 4-5 years of relevant experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
