Job Summary
The Residential Face-to-Face (F2F) Analyst position is responsible for direct engagement with F2F internal teams and external partners to deliver key insights from data analysis to support effective decision making and drive competitive advantage. Reporting to the F2F Analytics Manager, key responsibilities will require the ability to explore various datasets, learn and recorded data processes, root cause analysis data issues, and effective relationship building and communication.

Key Accountabilities

Explore F2F datasets to uncover insights supporting decision making and process improvement

Use visualizations to effectively communicate data insights with internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with field and operations teams to outline key KPIs to drive effective analysis

Partner with analytics team developers to learn and outline data definitions and process flows

As needed, train internal and external partners on data processes, use, and interpretations

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

0 to 1 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of competitive energy industry beneficial

Proven analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and drive positive change

Experience using Microsoft Office; particularly Excel

Experience working with complex datasets a plus

Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills

Key Metrics

Achievement of channel sales, PUC, and margin goals

Understanding of business strategies, rules, and dynamics

Effective communication of data insights and processes with stakeholders

Data analysis, KPI accuracy, and insight quality

Effective data and process documentation

Achieve goals and deadlines
