Web Workflow/API Programmer

Job Description:

• The Workflow Dev team develops guided support experiences for users and support agents of client s products. The team understands the troubleshooting workflow and develops a self-guided path, using proprietary tools, for users and agents to provide solutions to the issues.
• Review the API code design requirements and build the workflow using client s proprietary tools using your Software coding/debugging, SQL, and API skills.
• Software tools are critical to do this role. Prepare mock scenarios, test the workflow, and troubleshoot/resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Review the code design requirements and build the workflow.
• Build and test APIs to validate required inputs and expected outputs.
• Little SQL proficiency, since some logic in the workflow will need to be written in SQL.
• Responsible for developing new user-facing features, determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Review the design requirements and build the workflow using client s proprietary tools.
• Prepare mock scenarios, test the workflow, and troubleshoot/resolve any issues that may arise

Experience:

• 5-6 years working as a Software engineer / Computer Science engineer Fluency in coding in at least 1 major language (e.g. Python, C++, or Java)
• Experience writing SQL, Python or C++ or Java, Java Script, Web technologies, software development & debugging, Staging and Prod environments, Code Tests.
• SQL fluency is a must.
• Experience working with APIs to read/write data from/to third-party systems collaboration.
• Strong track record of troubleshooting and identifying solutions to solve complex technical problems with little guidance.
