Job Title: SAP HANA Integration Lead
Location: Remote
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Integration Lead to spearhead SAP S/4HANA integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of SAP expertise with a deep focus on integration modules, ensuring seamless connectivity across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute SAP S/4HANA integration strategy across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement robust integration solutions in compliance with best practices.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and process optimization within SAP environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges while providing ongoing business support.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends, recommending enhancements to systems.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of hands-on SAP integration experience, specializing in integration modules.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA integration implementations, covering the full project lifecycle.
- Expertise in SAP integration tools such as PI/PO, CPI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive effective teamwork.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA Integration are a plus.
