Security Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Sr. Solution Engineer, you will be part of a global team, collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, core team members, & several members of the leadership team. You will assist in the design, implementation & support of our newly redesigned Dealer Engagement Platform. You will work in an environment focused on cross - functionality, inclusion, value creation & innovation, while promoting an agile mindset & ways of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead in delivering identified solutions that support business needs.
• Ensure that the solutions developed comply with given architecture guidelines, specifications & business partner quality requirements while safeguarding the usage of standards, tools & platforms.
• Provide detailed functional & non - functional requirements & specifications for proposed solutions including time & scope involved.
• Develop test plans, coordinates, & conducts user acceptance & integration testing of solutions to ensure the requirements are met before deployment to production.
• Work closely with Product teams to guarantee products & solutions are available & working properly.
• Participate within the Dealer Engagement Stable Team to understand the North America TDP processes, but also the Global TDP processes.
• Act as the Knowledge Proficient (SME) in the TDP area for End - to - End processes.
• Identify & propose solutions & features to fit the TDP product.
• Solve assigned issues together with the business.
• Document & monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updated requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Information Systems, or any related field.
• Superb communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, & problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment & execute multiple projects concurrently with a global perspective & the ability to understand & work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder interests while simultaneously managing conflicting priorities & business interests with excellent interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, conflict resolution skills, & negotiation skills.
• Team Collaborator / Team Player.

Technical Experience:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform
• Strong understanding of Extranets.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies & processes.
• Strong understanding of large datasets & relational databases.
• Expert level in writing user stories with acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, & Visio.
• Must possess a strong understanding of the Agile methodology & working with Cross Functional Collaboration.
• Drive & desire to learn & grow both technical & functional skill sets.
• Professional work experience in analyzing computer hardware & software.
