Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL DataStage Developer with 8 10 years of experience to join our team supporting enterprise data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows using IBM DataStage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data pipelines and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows using IBM DataStage while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data pipelines and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse data sources.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data validation and transformation logic.
Work with Snowflake data warehouse for data integration and reporting.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Document data workflows, mapping specifications, and technical processes.
Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows using IBM DataStage.

Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
Interest in learning Python and PySpark for future scalability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage development.
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data architecture.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
