The Impact you will have in this role: The DevOps Engineering focus specializes in creating combined software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes.
Your Primary Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
- Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Provide technical support and assistance to the development team.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents.
- Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success: - Able to lead and support weekend Disaster Recovery exercises with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in analyzing problem tickets and applying engineering rigor to resolve or escalate issues.
- Experienced in leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects using structured software development practices.
- Capable of conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers with constructive technical guidance.
- Demonstrates a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset focused on automation and resilience.
- Proficient in Ansible, Python, and shell scripting for enterprise-grade automation.

About the TeamEnterprise Product & Platform Engineering transforms the way we deliver infrastructure to our business clients.
