About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Partner Account Manager to lead our strategic partner engagement initiatives across the United States. This role is essential for achieving our ambitious growth targets by identifying, onboarding, and managing a high-impact network of vibration technology partners and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry relationships and a strong track record of generating $2.5M $3M annually through partner-led channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding Identify, prospect, and onboard strategic partners especially in vibration and MRO sectors to build a high-performing partner network.
  • Relationship Management Cultivate long-term relationships with partners to ensure alignment, engagement, and consistent collaboration.
  • Revenue Ownership Drive $2.5M $3M in annual partner-led revenue by enabling and empowering partners to position and sell our solutions effectively.
  • Partner Enablement Equip partners with training, sales tools, product collateral, and ongoing support to enhance go-to-market readiness and success.
  • Performance Management Monitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, and execute strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Align closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure unified messaging and strategic execution across all partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence Stay current with trends in the vibration and MRO space; monitor competitive moves and market dynamics to keep our partner strategy future-ready.
  • Contract Negotiation Lead negotiation and execution of partnership agreements ensuring mutual value creation and legal compliance.
