Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Author to join the digital content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new content and updating existing content within our AEM environment, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and consistent digital experiences for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Author new content using AEM's content authoring tools and interfaces
  • Update and optimize existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy
  • Utilize AEM templates, components, and workflows efficiently
  • Ensure all content supplied by content owners adheres to brand guidelines and web accessibility standards
  1. AEM Expertise:
  • Leverage AEM's features to create, edit, and publish content across multiple channels
  • Use AEM's drag-and-drop interface to design and layout pages
  • Manage digital assets within AEM's Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
  1. Content Organization:
  • Organize content effectively within the AEM content hierarchy
  • Apply appropriate metadata and tags to content to meet content personalization requirements
  • Create and manage content variations for different channels or markets
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Perform regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Preview content across various devices and screen sizes
  • Collaborate with QA team to identify and resolve content-related issues
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to implement content strategies
  • Participate in content planning sessions and contribute ideas for improving user experience
  • Train and support other team members in using AEM for content authoring

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and digital publishing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HTML and basic web technologies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of responsive design principles
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
