Job Title: Director of Industrial Channel Strategy
Location: Remote North America
Please note: This role requires up to 70% travel.
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a trailblazer to architect and scale our Industrial Channel Strategy in the offline condition monitoring space. This role is not about maintaining it s about building from scratch with a bold revenue target of $7.5M by December 2026. The right candidate will bring deep industrial/manufacturing experience combined with proven channel-building expertise and entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and scale a global partner ecosystem for offline condition monitoring, targeting $7.5M revenue by 2026.
Recruit, onboard, and enable 50+ partners in industrial services, condition monitoring, and MRO sectors.
Drive the first partnerships to revenue within 6 12 months of launch.
Leverage expertise in vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, thermography, oil analysis, and motor current signature analysis.
Build strong relationships within the predictive maintenance (PdM) community across the Americas.
Manage and grow a hunter/BDR team (3 5 people) with aggressive prospecting goals.
Own accountability for multi-million-dollar annual channel revenue.
Negotiate partner agreements, incentive structures, and commercial terms.
Travel 30 40% for partner meetings, industry events, and team development.
Required Qualifications:
8 12 years of experience building channel ecosystems from scratch at SaaS, industrial IoT, or technology companies.
Proven success in establishing 50+ partner relationships in industrial services, condition monitoring, or MRO sectors.
8+ years hands-on experience in offline condition monitoring techniques.
Manufacturing and industrial experience is mandatory.
Strong network within the PdM community in the Americas.
Direct accountability for multi-million-dollar channel revenue.
Experience leading hunter/BDR teams in fast-growth or startup environments.
Familiarity with LATAM industrial markets is a plus.
