Business Analyst-Property and Casualty

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in commercial lines within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This role will support underwriting and policy administration functions, drive modernization efforts, and mentor global teams. The ideal candidate brings in-depth domain knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for improving insurance operations.
Responsibilities

• Analyze and support end-to-end processes for new business, renewals, quoting, and policy issuance for commercial lines including Workers Comp, Auto, Property, GL, and packaged policies.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Policy Administration teams to enhance applications, preferably policy decisions, and drive improvements in quoting and submission workflows.
• Support modernization initiatives by participating in decommissioning legacy systems and transitioning to modern platforms.
• Lead and mentor regional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service excellence across internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote adherence to established procedures while encouraging professional growth and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the P&C Insurance sector with a strong focus on commercial lines.
• In-depth functional understanding of underwriting and policy administration processes.
• Experience with application support and modernization projects involving legacy platforms.
