- WSO Software: Simplifies the complexities of loan portfolio management by automating data flows, mitigating operational risks, and streamlining processes. It provides scalable, efficient solutions for asset managers overseeing diverse and complex portfolios.
- WSO Services: A managed service powered by WSO Software, offering operational optimization with real-time data access and post-trade loan administration services such as agent administration, cash reconciliation, and investment accounting.
- ClearPar: Automates and streamlines the settlement process for syndicated loans, enabling efficient, secure, and risk-reduced trade settlement across global lending markets.
- Debtdomain: Supports banks and institutional investors in managing the entire lifecycle of syndicated loans and private credit transactions, from origination to execution.
- Notice Manager & Loan Reference Data: Industry-leading solutions for loan data and document workflow management, catering to middle and back-office operations. - Product Strategy and Vision:
- Translates multi-year strategy into actionable in-year execution, integrating an entity-level perspective by building and operating through business areas and processes beyond direct remit.
- Plans resource allocation to achieve technical and business objectives, secures stakeholder alignment to the solution roadmap at all levels, and ensures the roadmap is forward-looking and easily updatable to stay current in an evolving market.
- Product Execution and Delivery:
- Leads comprehensive analyses of requirements for new or modified products to define underlying business drivers.

What We're Looking For:
- Extensive Domain Expertise: Significant experience with market-leading enterprise software solutions for front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations, specifically within the syndicated lending, private credit, loan compliance and loan servicing markets.
- Product Management Leadership: 12+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in defining and delivering enterprise software solutions. Experience within the loan industry, private markets, or credit-focused fintech is strongly preferred.
- Strategic Market Insight: Deep understanding of the syndicated lending market, loan platforms, private credit solutions, emerging technologies, and trends shaping private capital markets.
- Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
- Visionary Product Strategy: Expertise in analyzing market needs, identifying growth opportunities, and translating these into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and features that drive competitive differentiation.
- Technical Fluency: Strong ability to understand complex technical architectures and concepts, and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Proven experience in delivering roadmaps, backlog prioritization, product overviews, and technical documentation for complex enterprise-grade solutions.
- Software Development Methodologies: Deep knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and tools for efficient product lifecycle management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: A strong collaborator who effectively bridges product, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams while engaging credibly with executives and customers alike.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to executive audiences.
- Private Market Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and automation technologies in the context of lending and private credit solutions is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
