Job Title: Hybrid Integration COE Lead
Summary:
The Hybrid Integration COE Lead is a critical role responsible for spearheading the technology strategy, implementation, and governance within a Center of Excellence (COE) focused on hybrid integration. This individual will drive the adoption and optimization of integration solutions that seamlessly connect on-premises and cloud-based systems, applications, and data. The Hybrid Integration COE Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT architects, and integration specialists, to ensure a cohesive and effective integration ecosystem. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in fostering partner relationships, supporting sales efforts, and expanding the COE's capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy:
o Develop and execute the COE's hybrid integration technology roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall business objectives and IT strategy.
o Research and evaluate emerging integration technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact and suitability for hybrid environments.
o Provide thought leadership and recommendations on integration architecture, patterns, and best practices.
Implementation and Governance:
o Lead the selection, implementation, and configuration of hybrid integration platforms and tools.
o Establish and enforce integration standards, guidelines, and governance processes to ensure consistency, quality, and security.
o Collaborate with IT teams to address any technical challenges or integration issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their integration needs and requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
o Partner with COE team members to promote the adoption and effective use of hybrid integration capabilities.
o Communicate technical information and integration concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
o Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the COE, exploring new integration approaches and technologies.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance integration efficiency, agility, and scalability.
o Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in hybrid integration, incorporating them into the COE's strategy.
Partner Strategy and Support:
o Cultivate and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors in the hybrid integration space.
o Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions, go-to-market strategies, and expand the COE's service offerings.
o Provide technical expertise and support to partners during sales engagements and implementations.
Sales Enablement:
o Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop compelling integration solutions.
o Participate in sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the COE's expertise and capabilities.
o Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring successful customer onboarding.
COE Growth and Development:
o Identify opportunities to expand the COE's scope and capabilities, aligning with evolving business needs and market trends.
o Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of integration specialists.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the COE.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
o 20+ years of experience in integration architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on hybrid integration scenarios.
o Proven track record of leading and delivering successful integration projects in complex environments.
o Strong understanding of integration patterns, technologies (e.g., API management, iPaaS, EDA, Microservices, Cloud Native ), and data integration techniques.
o Experience across various product stack supporting Hybrid integration but not limited to vendors such as IBM / Tibco/ Opensource/Webmethods/Oracle/SAP
o Experience in establishing and managing integration governance frameworks.
o Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships.
o Experience in supporting sales efforts and contributing to business development.
o Experience in having led and grown large COE practices.
o Experience across driving delivery teams across multiple timezones.
o Having sufficient functional business domain expertise to Drive Offerings.
