Role Overview:
Act as liaison for internal customers across 5 business units: Customer Ops, Sales & Customer Solutions, Marketing, Spectrum Business, and Digital Sales.
Support OIA requests, coach agents on sales and policy adherence, and drive AI adoption to accelerate business needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Fast-paced, versatile, self-motivated
Manages multiple customers/products simultaneously
Solves partner problems using existing product suite
Strong technical understanding with clear communication for non-technical audiences
Confident, charismatic; able to present to VP/EVP/SVP level
Work & Projects:
Handle intakes/product requests and manage multiple projects
Project timelines: 30/60/90 days up to 4-6 months
Onboarding:
Learn products; shadow CSM's
Adapt communication to customer preferences
Independent intake ownership by 90 days
