Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Architect for a Contract job with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour

ServiceNow CMDB Architect job responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership to platform operations and support teams.
- Ensure the CMDB supports ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
- Develop and implement CI data governance processes and procedures.
- Maintain CI data quality and availability, and resolve data issues proactively.
- Design and monitor CI data health reports and dashboards.
- Identify and resolve CI data, metric, process, or functionality gaps.
- Lead integrations with data ingestion systems and execute Discovery processes.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and implement new requirements on the Now Platform.
- Contribute to governance processes and platform performance optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas, and data modeling.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, middleware, and discovery technologies.
- Practical experience with Now Platform performance and Health Scan execution.
- Proven ability to lead architectural and technical standards development.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
